What do we look for in our staff?
Simple. We look for the best young people out there. People who have the ability to be a positive role model for campers, work well with other staff, people who are eager to learn new skills and improve on others.
It’s important that you know that a camp job is a very real job! It requires lots of energy, enthusiasm and stamina. A Capital Camps staff member is someone who places the needs of our campers first, relates to the campers and can be silly yet safe.
